What can I say?
In this large group
Of usually leafless plants
From family of cactaceae.
It grows in arid regions
Having thickly, fleshy
And often prickly stems
Amazing plants it seems.
Cactus, that’s the name
It means a lot to me
It symbolizes survival,
Endurance and perseverance.
It continues to exist
In a dry and barren land
A great survivor, a good example
That’s the wonder of cactus..
Cactus was one of my inspiration during difficult times... it survives for a long time without water...
